173 Forms

Interview with Castlemaine Art Museum: Art At Work

“This exhibition brings together six months of exploration into form, colour and cultural identity.

Working independently since leaving art school has given me the space to reflect on my practice and develop a visual language of my own. Through an exploration of shape and colour, I have arrived at a series of forms and a palette that feel both instinctive and personal.

Underlying this work is an ongoing exploration of my heritage and upbringing. Both are integral to my identity, and my practice offers a space to navigate their intersections, drawing from each to create something distinctly my own.”
